Hair Stylist Riad Azar worked on a recent sporty chic yet edgy fashion shoot for Marie Claire Australia, shot by photographer Kevin Sinclair.

Are you curious about how to get this look for spring? Read below in his own words:

"I decided to go for 2 different textures on the same hair, more wet and controlled on the top, gradually going to a dry messy texture down to the tips.

I started by adding some extensions for extra length, then I did a long center part on the top and adding GELEE RICHE from L'OREAL Professionnel (which is a light oil based gel on the roots to reduce the volume and add extreme shine) to about 4 to 5" from the scalp.

I used SUBLIME TWIST from L'OREAL Professionnel (a texturizing spray) as well on the rest of the hair working with the blow dryer, without a brush, using my fingers to create that natural texture. And, that's how you get the look!"

New Work: Hair Stylist John Blaine

Macy Gray has a new album coming out, "The Sellout". She looks incredible with thanks to Hair Stylist John Blaine. To get this look, here are a few tips from John:

For full control of any type of texture, from straight to extreme course hair. You must blow dry with a product that has an oil or silica base. The amount depends on how much of the existing texture you want to change and the desired end look. Once hair is blown dry, re-set it in hot rollers, curling iron, wet set, or flat iron. Top it off with a cocktail of styling creme and thermal setting spray.

New Work: Make-up Artist Rea Ann Silva & Mo'Nique

You guys asked for it, so here it is! Make-up Artist Rea Ann Silva dishes on how she achieved this beautiful look on Oscar Winner Mo'Nique on the Barbara Walters Oscar Special last Sunday, March 7th.

For the face, Rea Ann used Kevyn Aucoin concealer in No. 12. She used La Mer Bronze for the inner face and Make-up Forever No. 178 for the outer face, and then used Bobbi Brown powder in Orange yellow for top off the look. To highlight Mo'Nique's face, she used La Mer's The Powder in Translucent. "I like this powder as it has a wonderful iridescence to it, perfect for bringing out the high points on the face."

On the cheeks, she used blush by Scott Barnes in the 3-color palette in Brandy Wine utilizing all 3 shades. Those tantalizing eyes were created by using Christian Dior's 5-color palette in Night Dust. She used Damone Roberts in Latte for the eyebrows and lined the eyes with MAC's Fluidline in Blacktrack. Rea Ann swears by Shu Uemura eyelashes and topped them off with Christian Dior Beauty's Diorshow in Black.

For lips, she not only lined but shaded the lips from the corners inward with Francesca Guerrera Lipliner in Dante Clay. She left the center of the lips nude, highlighting that area as well as the rest of the lips with YSL Golden Gloss in No. 2. And, for that all over body glow, she used Prtty Potion in Dark on the legs and body.
